Husband of Sally D. McCoy Felker

Mr. William Thomas Felker succumbed to a three weeks illness Sunday morning, Decem­ber 23, at the Booneville hospi­tal where he had been a pati­ent. He was eighty-five years of age. Funeral services con­ducted by Mr. Athelston Crow­son and the Rev. G. P. Mayo were held Monday afternoon at two o'clock at Little Brown Church, and the body was laid to rest in the family plot in the church cemetery.

Mr. Felker was born in Tish­omingo County but had spent most of his life in this section as a farmer. His wife, the for­mer Sallie McCoy, died in 1930.

Surviving are three sons, Frank Felker and Lee Felker of Booneville, and A. C. Felker of Lexington, Tenn. One bro­ther, John Felker of Holcut, and five sisters, Mrs. Ann McAnn­ally of Duck Hill, Mrs. Minerva Mayo of Booneville, Mrs. Caro­line McAnnally of Guntown, Mrs. Lou Grimes of Holcut, and Mrs. Vina Humphreys of Birm­ingham, Ala., also survive. He also leaves fourteen grandchild­ren and seven great-grandchild­ren.

McPeters of Corinth has charge of funeral arrangements.
