Latter-day Saints, died Thursday, Sept. 3, at her home.
The Decatur native was a teaching assistant at Fairfield Elementary School
and had worked as an interior decorator and a hair stylist. She was a
member of Adams County Historical Society and Ever Welcome Club for 17
years.
Surviving are her husband, Jerry L.; sons, Mark K. of Lakeside, Calif., Daniel
A. of Chandler, Ariz., and Michael G. of Panama; daughters, Diana P. Gerwig
of Chino Hills, Calif., Kathy Speigner of Greenwood and Lorri A. of Lakeside,
Calif.; brothers, Herman Drayer of Tocsin, David Drayer of Harlan and Darrel
Drayer of Wabash; a sister, Mary Ellen Cable of Port Orange, Fla.; and nine
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Joel.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home,
Decatur, with calling from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in
Apostolic Cemetery, Bluffton.
Memorials are to Family Hospice of North Eastern Indiana.
