Mrs. Kathryn Fonda Fox, 88, died last night at her home, 122 Power st., Solvay. A native of Sharon Springs she lived in Solvay 30 years. She was the widow of James S. Fox. Surviving are a son, Harry P. Fox; a daughter, Mrs. Matthew D. Young; five grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild and two sisters, Mrs. Cora Gardner and Mrs. Jennie Garlock. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday at the Carl J. Ballweg funeral home with burial in Cobleskill. Syracuse Herald American, Sunday, November 4, 1945.
