Knudsen - Alphonse Grover Knudsen passed away November 23 [1974] at the age of 85 years. Born in Broken Bow, Nebraska, Mr. Knudsen came to Canada and the Michichi District in 1916. He retired to Drumheller in 1965.
He is surved by his wife Eleanor [Harris] of Drumheller, one son, Russel, of Calgary, two daughters, Mrs. Vera [Knudsen] Smith of Heisler, Alberta, and Mrs. Betty [Knudsen] Persinger of Didsbury and 8 grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held Monday, November 25th [1974] in St. Maglories Church with Rev. G. Reinhardt officiating. Interment followed in the Drumheller Cemetery.
