Mrs Augusta Klutzke died at 4:10 pm Friday at her home, 1204 South Second street. She had been in failing health several weeks and was taken to St Elizabeth hospital on November 11 for treatment, returning to her home Thursday. She was born in Germany Sept 16, 1865 and at the age of 16 was married to Martin Klutzke, who preceded her in death.
The deceased was a member of Brown Street ME Church. The following children survive; Paul and Otto, of Lafayette; Harry of Danville, Ill; Mrs. Rose Riley of Logansport and Mrs. Hattie Alberts of this city. Five grandchildren also survive. The body was removed to the Soller funeral home.
