She was born in Flint, Michigan on July 16, 1953, the daughter of Otto ad Edith (Moorehouse) Regan. She married Phillip Hall on June 1, 2002, in Clare.
She was a Veteran of the United States Army. She was employed as a Secretary in the Corrections Office for the State of Michigan and had lived in Gladwin County for the past 11 years, previously residing in Clare County.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Hall of Beaverton; daughter, Genevieve Allen of Coleman; son, Jeremy Allen of Grand Rapids; brothers, Michael (Elizabeth) Regan of Clio, George (Elaine) Regan of Watonga, Oklahoma, and Patrick Regan of Big Rapids; sisters, Nancy Goff of Clio, Vivien Regan of Burton, and Leslie Beach of Dallas, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Adam Belliveau; brother, Harold Regan; and sister, Alice Burton.
Funeral Services were conducted by Pastor Tyler Liegeb on Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, from 12-7 p.m. She was laid to rest at Ridge Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be used according to the wishes of the family.
