Moore Daves , Georgia Era Moore Norrell , Jimmie Otis Moore , Clarence E. Moore , and Ellen M. Moore . Iva Zell Moore married Walter Henry Decker . Iva and Walter Henry Decker were the parents of Walter Bell Decker . Iva Zell Decker was active in her church Bethesda Baptist Church serving as secretary for 55 years and teaching in vacation bible school.
