Waneta was my "Best Friend". She had to go in for open heart surgery. She had surgery on a Friday and passed away the following Monday. The night before her surgery her and I spoke on the phone and we both felt that she wasn't going to be coming home. We cried together and talked some more.
She is very much missed. You're lucky if once in a lifetime you end up with a "Best Friend" like she was.
Waneta was a very bad diabetic and she didn't take care of herself. She was a heavy smoker and she would drink regular colas. She made a lot of cakes and cookies also. She was an excellent cook.
