BROTHER DIES
Ira Wilt, of Newark, a brother of Frank Wilt, of this city, died very suddenly at his home Friday night about eight o'clock. He had been in his usual health but dropped dead that evening.
He was born in Convoy, Ohio, and was 41 years old at the time of his death. He was the son of Jacob Wilt, who came from Ohio to Missouri in the year 1880 settling near Woodlawn where this son was born. From Woodlawn the family moved to Maud, and from Maud to Newark where he was united in marriage to Miss Matilda Steffen.
Besides his widow he leaves a number of brothers and sisters, namely Mrs. Kate Beamer, Mrs. Lizzie Denig, of Ohio, Mrs. Rose Leasure, Mrs. Mary Perry, Mrs. Ella Million, Steve, of Newark and Frank, of Clarence
Funeral services were conducted at Newark at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon and burial was made at that place.
