FONTANA - Frederic Loring Lothrop, 89, died Sunday in Wood Veterans Hospital. He was born in 1875 in Chicago, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Loring Lothrop. He married Emma Jane Barrett in 1911. During World War I he was a major in the Quartermaster Corps. He moved to Fontana, Wisconsin from Chicago in 1932 and was a member of the Williams Bay VFW and the Walworth American Legion and Masonic Lodge. Surviving is his wife. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Walworth Funeral Home, the Rev. Wilson Emigholz officiating. Burial will be in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Concord Mass. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
