COLUMBIA, December 25 (Special) — Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. for Mrs. Eva Bridger Thornhill who died here Wednesday at the age of 84.
The Rev. Sam Holloday will officiate at services to be held at First Methodist Church. Burial will be in Columbia cemetery under direction of Riser funeral home.
She is survived by one son, J. Bridger Thornhill of Monroe; three granddaughters, Mrs. W. F. McClelland of Los Angeles, Calif., Miss Francis Hicks of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Mrs. H. G. Glascow, Jr., of Birmingham, Ala., and two great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will include H. C. Bridges, Hardy Fisher, Judge Vincent Mouser, George Erskine, Marcus Thornhill, Jim Sherman, Robert Lee, Clyde James, Jim Minard, Malloy Hawkins, and J. J. McKeithen, Jr.
