CULVER - Glenn E. Taylor, 72, passed away Saturday, January 5, in his residence. He was born March 24, 1940, to the late Glenn and Norene Taylor. On July 28, 1962, in Hamlet, Indiana, he married Lynda Taylor. Glenn was a retired mechanic from the Indiana State Highway Dept. of LaPorte, and a farmer. He was a member of St. Luke's Community Church of San Pierre, Indiana. Surviving in addition to his wife Lynda of Culver are daughter, Colleen (John) Tripenfeldas of Winamac, IN; daughter-in-law, Nancy Taylor of Medaryville, IN; brothers, Russell (Carolann) Taylor of Boisie, ID, Jim (Marilee) Taylor of Deer River, MN, and Bill (Sharon) Taylor of LaPorte, IN; sisters, Carol Green of Wolf Lake, IL, JoAnne (Arthur) Schoon of Gary, IN, and Sharon (Bob) Kerrick of Downers Grove, IL; grandchildren, Taylor Tripenfeldas of Winamac, IN, Sydney Tripenfeldas of Winamac, IN, Hannah Taylor of Medaryville, IN, & Emma Taylor of Medaryville, IN. He was preceded in death by a son, John Taylor. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today, January 8. at Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, where his service is Wednesday, January 9, at 11 a.m. Burial at San Pierre Cemetery. .
