MRS. INEZ MYERS DIES AT NEWARK.
Mrs. Inez Myers, widow of George Myers, died Wednesday morning, April 16, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Cecil Reamey, after suffering a stroke of paralysis Monday afternoon.
As Inez Abbett, she was born September 12, 1866, and had spent her entire life in the Newark vicinity. She was married to George W. Myers, January 29, 1888. He died on March 24, 1938. She leaves the following children: Mrs. Ora Lindsey, of near Steffenville, Mrs. Nora Reamey and Mrs. Veta Janney, of near Newark, and Mrs. Eda Spees, of Springville, California; nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a twin sister, Mrs. Alice Myers, of Bethel, and two others sisters, Mrs. Virgin Kimball, of Shelby county, and Mrs. Elizabeth Todd, of the state of Nebraska. Two brothers and two sisters preceded her.
Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Friday afternoon with burial in the I. O. O. F. cemetery at Newark. The services were in charge of the Rev. H. R. White, of LaBelle.
