Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Harry Wilkinson (sic) of Lawtey, and Mrs. Laura Manning of Lake Wales; four sons James Padgett, Jacksonville; Norman, Jerry and Monroe Padgett, all of Lake Wales; 21 grandchildren, and 34 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, in Jones Memorial Chapel with Rev. Robert Yates officiating. Interment was in Ochwilla Cemetery near Melrose
