A funeral service will be held here today, Tuesday, for former resident Helen Victoria Leisy. She died last Wednesday in a Boulder, Colorado, hospital at age 90. She had made her home in Boulder for the past year.
A native of Barnesville, Minn., she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Lutheran Church and was active in garden clubs and the Republican Party.
A service will be held today at 2 p.m. at Hillview Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. at the chape1. Burial will be in Patterson District Cemetery. Survivors include a son, Bruce Hanson of Boulder; a daughter, Joyce O'Brien of Lafayette, Calif.; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Ruth Walker of Moorehead, Minn.
