Personally appeared before me R. J. Pogue as acting Justice of the Peace of Said County, C. Hudson and makes oath being duly sworn, that he was appointed administrator of the estate of D. H. Erby deceased, and as such administrator has never made any sale or collected any money and has no effects of any kind in his hands as such administrator whatever and there is nothing to come as the estate is entirely insolvent; and further as is shown by the report of the Commissioner that everything was allotted to the widow and children.
