Mrs. Edna L. Keller, 97, widow of Henry J. Keller, pioneer Muncie businessman, died Thursday morning in the Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville. Mrs. Keller lived with her daughter, Mrs. Esther K. Brown at 1928 1/2 W. Jackson St. She was in Crawfordsville visiting her granddaughter, Mrs. Enzo Caviglia when she became ill and was taken to the hospital there on May 9.
She was born in Randolph County but had lived in Muncie most of her life. Her late husband was president of the Keller Co., a men's clothing store here for many years. Mrs. Keller was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the Shuttle Club.
Surviving besides the daughter and the granddaughter are five great-grandchildren.
Meeks Mortuary will be in charge of memorial services to be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the First Presbyterian Church. Rev. Roscoe C. Coen will officiate. There will be no calling hours.
