Jessie Mae Coleman, 90, Princeton, died at 2:08 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, at her home following a short illness.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Morgan's Funeral Home, Princeton.
Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour today at the funeral home.
A native of Caldwell County, she was born July 20, 1923, the daughter of the late John R. and Etta McCaslin Riley.
She retired as a boarder at the Princeton Hosiery Mill, and also worked as a "Rosie the Riveter" at Servall Aircraft Factory, Evansville, during WWII. She is also the former co-owner of Coleman Shoes, Princeton, and a charter member of Northside Baptist Church.
Her husband, Monroe Coleman Jr., preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Ronnie (Dana) Coleman, Princeton; her daughter, Mrs. Teddy (Diana) Dycus, Chesterton, Ind.; her brother, James C. Riley, Caldwell County; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
