Mrs. Polly Evelena Hardy, age 84, of San Augustine, Texas passed from this life on Monday, December 2, 2013. She was born December 4, 1928, in Leitchfield, Kentucky to the late Earl and Polly Ruth (Carnes) Kelly. Mrs. Hardy was a member of the San Augustine Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Mary Kay Hardy of San Augustine; grandsons, Landon and Jennifer, and Dustin and Jaime; great-granddaughter, Kyla Presley; and sister, Betty Jo Cain. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Hardy; and her son, Garry Hardy. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2013, 2:00 P.M., Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel, with Jimmy Hardy officiating. Visitation will begin Wednesday, December 4, 2013, 9:00 A.M. until service time at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Liberty Hill Memorial Garden in San Augustine County, Texas. Pallbearers will be Larry Hardy, Landon Hardy, Dustin Hardy, Marvin Hardy, Jimmy Hardy, Marlin Hardy and Paul Hardy.
