The Meriden Ledger - Meriden, Kansas · Thursday, July 29, 1909 - obituary abstracted info: born 25 Feb 1837. Moved to Clinton IN with her parents at age 13 where she married John Taylor, 27 Oct 1856. Six children, four surviving: Charles M., William J., Mrs. E.M. Fitzgerald and Mrs. E.A. Wagoner. Moved to Paris IL after marriage, united with Christian church, Newman IL, 1877; came to Meriden fall off 1879, had a mercantile business for several years. Then moved to Topeka, then Oklahoma where Mr. Taylor died 10 Mar 1904. Mrs. Taylor returned to live with daughter, Mrs. Fitzgerald, in Meriden until her death. Last of her family of seven siblings total. Services at United Brethren church.
