CANDOR -- Mary M. Wolfe, 70, of 1078 Owego Road, Candor, died Friday, Oct. 23, 1987, at home.
She was born in Wilkes Barre, Pa., daughter of the late Afanasi and Martha Metrick Janis.
Mrs. Wolfe was a member of the Tioga County Seventh Day Adventist Church of Catatonk.
She worked for many years in the cateteria of the Candor Central School.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wolfe of Candor; one son, Duane Wolfe of Mullins, S.C.; two sisters, Florence Davis of Minnesota and Ann Kalmbach of Grasslake, Mich.; one aunt; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, at the Allen-Manzer Funeral Home in Candor. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Candor.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Funeral Home.
