Flo was the daughter of the late Vivian Finger and Roberta Finger. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Dual Odell Wise, and her second husband Joseph Ambrose Leeman, one son, Tom Wise , two brothers and three sisters. She was a longtime resident of Tift County, a homemaker and former employee of Armour Packing Company. She was active in the Elks Club and Club 55. She enjoyed bridge, puzzles and bingo.
