Born in Pennsylvania, he is survived by wife Joan, sons Stuart and Eric "Kiki," daughters Stephanie Spangler and Sheridan Reivere, and five grandchildren. Memorial services: 4 p.m. Thursday at Central Union Church. Graveside services: 3 p.m. next Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific.
