THE EXPRESS, Lock Haven, Pa. - Saturday, Apr. 6, 1985
RICHARD A. MORGRET - Richard A. Morgret, 49, of Farrandsville was pronounced dead on arrival at Lock Haven Hospital emergency room at 2:28 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 1985, after becoming ill at home. Death was due to natural causes. In December, 1984 Morgret underwent cancer surgery.
Born in Farrandsville on Feb. 28, 1936, he was the son of Mary Englert Morgret who survives and lives in Farrandsville, and the late Charles E. Morgret.
He had worked for Clinton Paper Co. in Lock Haven.
Morgret was a member of Farrandsville United Methodist Church and the United Papersworkers of America Union.
Surviving, in addition to mother are his wife, Barbara L. Gardner, whom he married June 11, 1957; two daughters, Debra Morgret and Brenda Morgret, both at home; three brothers, Charles E. Morgret, Jr., Boston, Mass., Roy B. Morgret, Beech Creek R.D.1 and Robert W. Morgret, Farrandsville, and two sisters, Mae Driver, Cogan Station R.D.2, and Shirley Farrington, Marietta, Ga.
F.N. - Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Helt Funeral Home, 109 W. Church St., Lock Haven. The Rev. David Trostle will officiate. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park. Friends are being received in the funeral home Monday after 7 p.m.. The family suggests memorials be made to Farrandsville United Methodist Church.
