Final services for Clarence "Al"
Borders, 73, of 125 Lockwood
street, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday
at the Chase-Miller chapel. Burial
will be in Davis cemetery, Burnettsville.
His death occurred Wednesday
morning at 3 o'clock at St. Joseph's
hospital where he had been
a patient for a week after a heart
attack.
Born Dec. 12, 1878, in Earl Park,
Ind., he was the son of Jacob
S. and Martha D. Borders. He was
a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors are the wife, Minnie
B.; one son, Harold C., this city;,
one daughter, Mrs. Eva L. Hildebrand,
Kewanna; two grandchildren;
one great-grandchild; two
brothers: Ed, South Bend; Boyce,
Star City.
