C. EARL KELLEY, native of Brunswick but recently residing at 2 North Avenue, Hagerstown, died at Washington County Hospital Tuesday after an illness of ten days, aged 53 years. He was a son of Charles E. and Norah Frush Kelley.

He was an active member and official of St. john's Lutheran Church at Hagerstown, he was superintendent of the adult department of the Church School, president of the Brotherhood, past-president of the Church Council. Fraternally he belonged to Brunswick Lodge 191 A.F.&A. Masons of which he was a life member: Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Hagerstown Forest 95; Hagerstown Traffic Club and Chamber of Commerce.

Surviving are his widow Mrs. Margaret Winters Kelly; a daughter, Mrs. Stuart Hopkins, Washington; son, Robert W. Kelley, San Antonio, Tx.; three grandchildren and a brother, Raymond T. Kelley, Brunswick.

Funeral services were held at St. John's Lutheran Church; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery; arrangements were by the Suter Funeral Home.

CHARLES ELLSWORTH KELLY, a retired B&O Railroad engineer, died suddenly at his home on Delaware Avenue in Brunswick, Saturday night of a heart attack, aged 65 years.

He was a Mason, a Knight Templar and a member of I.O.O.F., B&O Veterans and the Junior Order. The Masonic Order will be in charge of funeral services.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, Earl Kelly, Hagerstown; and Raymond Kelly, Brunswick; and three grandchildren; three half-brothers, John Kelly, Clearspring; George W. Kelly, Baltimore; Joseph Kelly, Hagerstown.

Funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church in Brunwswcik; interment in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.
