Born November 1, 1928, in Freeport; she was the daughter of Clarence and Mildred (Ottenhausen) Pfile.
She married John Harnish Jr., in 1945, and he died in 1956. She married Henry Lillge in 1961, and he died in 1974.
Delta worked for Burgess Battery for almost 20 years and then for Micro Switch.
Surviving are her children, Paulette Pfile and Mike Harnish, both of Freeport, Patricia (Allan) Fransen of Pensacola, Florida, Diane (Lamoine) DeSpain of Freeport and Donna (Bennett) Bratley of Kingman, AZ; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and 5 great- great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; her daughter, Pamela Wise; her great-grandson, Norman Cain III; 2 brothers; 2 sisters; and her son-in-law, Lester Pfile.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, at Gospel Outreach, with Pastor Steve Gearing officiating. Friends may call Tuesday 9 a.m. until time of service at the church.
