Louise W. Hoxsey, 79, 115 E. Jackson St., a retired employee of the La Salle County Housing Authority, died Friday at Community Hospital of Ottawa.
Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday at St. Columba Church. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Ottawa Funeral Home. Liturgical prayer services will be at 8 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Tom Kelly will officiate.
She was born June 6, 1898, to David Wolfe and Isabel Marshal.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Herbert A. (Mary) Beguin of Streator and Mrs. Joseph (Barbara) Kerns of Grand Junction, Colo. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Marshall and Elmer Wolfe, and a daughter. Nancy Shorts.
