SYLVANIA, Ga. Benjamin D. Johnson. 81. died Tuesday at his residence.
The funeral will be held at 4 p.rn today at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Culhreath officiating. Burial will be in Screven County Memorial Park Cemetery.
He was a native of Jefferson County but had lived most of his life in Screven County. He was a veteran of World War 1 and a member of the First United Methodist Church, Sylvania.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Emily Craig. Graniteville. S.C.; three brothers, George "Dude" Johnson. Langley, S.C., Alex S. Johnson, Sylvania. and John Johnson, Graniteville.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
