From the Seattle Times, Friday, March 2, 1979:

A funeral service for Capt. George L. Hull, 69, a retired Naval Reserve officer and former Seattle certified public accountant, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Bartleson's Funeral Home, Oak Harbor, Island County.

Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Coupeville, Island County. Mr. Hull died Wednesday.

Born in Portland, he was a graduate of Bremerton High School and the University of Washington.

After serving in the Pacific in World War II, Captain Hull founded the accounting firm of Baumgartner-Hull (now known as Baumgartner, Kueckelhan & Crutcher).

He was a national director of the Retired Officers Association, past president of the 79-ers of Seattle, a member of the Washington Athletic Club, the Washington Chapter of Certified Public Accountants and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret; two sons, Richard M. Hull and George L. Hull, Jr., both of the Seattle area.

The family requests any remembrances be made to Children's Orthopedic Hospital.
