CAMPOBELLO- Sep 16, D.C. "Can" Burnett, 72, well-known farmer of Campobello, route 1, died this afternoon while doing carpentry work in the New Prospect section.
Mr. Burnett, who lived near the North Pacolet Church, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lila Hamrick Burnett, and one son, Carl Burnett, both of Campobello, and a daughter, Mrs. Atlas Huntsinger of Spartanburg.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Petty Funeral Home of Landrum.
