Married to Michael Duane Deere.Dianna (Lee) Deere, age 52, a resident of Baldwin City, Kan., died April 5, 2011, at her home. She was born March 8, 1959, in Fort Scott, Kan., the daughter of Frank and Virginia (Sheehy) Lee.
She graduated from Fort Scott High School in 1977. She married Michael Deere on December 28, 1982, in Miami, Okla.
Survivors include her husband Michael of the home; two sons, Aaron Deere and wife, MartiKay, Baldwin City, and Adam Deere, Lawrence; two brothers, Kevin Lee, Butler, Mo., and Roger Lee, Fort Scott, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Frank Lee, Jr.; and a sister, Deborah Applegate.
There was cremation. Rev. Ron Brown will conduct memorial services at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2011, at the Cheney Witt Memorial Chapel. The family suggests memorials be sent to the Dianna Deere Memorial Fund, in care of Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main, P.O. Box 347, Fort Scott, Kan., 66701.
