332 Lombard Ave. died yesterday
at the Veterans Administration
Hospital.
A life resident of Syracuse,
he was a veteran of World.
War II;
He was employed by J. F.
Owens Machinery Company
for 20 years. He is a. member'
of Stanley Pennock 'Post,
VFW. Mr. Scharoun was a
communicant of St. Therese
Church.
He is survived by his wife,
Martha Moore Scharoun, a
brother, Carl J. Scharoun and
two sisters, Mrs. Clotilda
Gleason and Mrs. Charles
Rooney of Scotia.
" Services will be at 8:30 a.m.
Thursday at the Gang Memorial
Chapel and at 9 a.m. in
St. Therese Church where a
Mass of the resurrection will
be celebrated.
Burial will be in Assumption
Cemetery.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and
7 to 9 tomorrow.
