FORT WORTH - Faith Ainsworth Smith, 88, co-founder of Forrest Smith & Co., died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at a local hospital.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at Broadway Baptist Church, Fleming Chapel. Officiating: the Rev. Steve Murray of Hinton, Okla., and the Rev. Gene Thompson. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 2:30 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home.
Survivors: Husband of 65 years, Forrest Thomas Smith; daughters, Faith Smith Red and her husband, Joe A. Red, of Houston and Ann Day Ellis and her husband, Tom, of Dallas; grandchildren, Kaci Morrow Guy and her husband, Phil, of Houston, Kristi Katherine Morrow of Arlington and Cory Clinton Morrow of Austin; niece, Mary Collier.
