Miss Abbie F. Dillingham, of North Falmouth, died Saturday afternoon at the age of 73. She had been ill for the past six years. A native of Sandwich, Miss Dillingham was the daughter of Horatio and Elizabeth M. B. Dillingham. She lived for some time in Hatchville with her mother, following her father's death. Upon the death of her mother, about 20 years ago, she came to North Falmouth to live with her brother, William B. Dillingham, who is her only close survivor. She was a member and former president of the Ladies' Guild of the North Falmouth Congregational church, and a member of Jonathan Hatch chapter, D. A. R.
Funeral services were held from the home, Tuesday afternoon, with the Rev. Allen C. Best, pastor of the North Falmouth Congregational church presiding. Burial was in the family lot in the North Falmouth cemetery.
