SHELBY ~ Frances Vassey Wright, 88, was a daughter of the late Haskiel Vassey and his wife Mildred "Bill" Vassey and Cinda Green Vassey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charlie M. Wright; brothers, Herman H. Vassey and Larry Vassey.
Frances was a member of Zoar Baptist Church. She retired from J.C. Penney's after 18 years as a sales associate.
Interment in Cleveland Memorial Park.
