Guy Milligan, 45, the man who told police that Ralph Snyder killed Mrs. Sadie Sunderilk the night of Aug. 23. was murdered early last night as he sat in his home at 967 South Water street. The killer fired two shotgun blasts through a window. Police promptly charged the murder against Snyder who has been a fugitive since the slaying of Mrs. Sunderlik. The early police investigation led to the conclusion Snyder returned to snuff out the life of his accuser in the Sunderlik case.
