Funeral: 2 p.m. today at Pipeline Road Church of Christ.
Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville.
Visitation: 8:30 a.m. to noon today at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
Mr. Bertling was a member of Pipeline Road Church of Christ.
Survivors: Wife, Opal Bernice Bertling of North Richland Hills; two daughters, Barbara Ann Pierce of Haltom City and Patricia Daniel of Hurst; two sisters, Margaret Bertling of Austin and La Verne Dromgoole of Corpus Christi; six grandchildren; six
great-grandchildren; a multitude of nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
