Frett, Joseph (2 MAR 1868 - 7 JUL 1898)
Joseph Frett, who resided just outside and northwest of the village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) and who but recently removed here with his family from Stanley, died early on Thursday morning last of heart failure, having been in poor health for some time past. Mr. Frett was born at Marytown, Fond du Lac Co., Wis. on March 2, 1868; was married Wapeton, N.D., about ? years ago, since which time he has been a resident of Stanley and for a short time of this village. He leaves a wife and two children, one brother, John Frett of Broederville, five sisters, Mrs. B. Broeder of Broederville, Mrs. John Brill of Kaukauna, Mrs. Nick Nicoli of Union, Minn., and Mrs. Henry Lindeman and Miss Anna Frett of this place. The funeral took place from the catholic Church on Saturday morning last, Rev. James Korozyk officiating, interment taking place in the Catholic Cemetery.
