Earl J. Brubaker passed away unexpectedly early Monday morning at St. Luke's Hospital following an illness of one week. Age 60 years. He was born Aug. 7, 1907 in Saginaw, and grew to manhood here. He married Adele Bienert June 20, 1937. She survives him. He had been employed at Saginaw Chevrolet Grey Iron Foundry for the past 42 years, presently as a foreman. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and the American Foundrymens's Society. Surviving, besides his wife, are one son and two daughters, Harold Brubaker, a student at General Motors Institute; Mrs. Delmar (Mary) Kell, Detroit; Mrs. Brian (Janet) Smith, Cleveland, Ohio; two grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Sarah Brubaker, Saginaw; one brother and three sisters, Milton Brubaker, Saginaw; Mrs. Russell Keel, LaPorte, Mich.; Mrs. Everett Smith, Midland; Mrs. Enos Karp, Reese; several nieces and nephews....burial in Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery....
