She attended Northeastern High School and had worked at Wick's Pies in Winchester for 28 years where she was an Inspector of Packaging. She was a member of the Winchester Moose, Circle X Ranch and the Jay County Trail Riders. Carmen loved riding and taking care of her horses. She was involved with the Randolph County 4-H Fair, helping with the horse and pony and dog programs. She also loved being outdoors, especially working in her flower gardens.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Walker Funeral Home in Winchester with Pastor Danny Hines officiating. Friends and relatives may call from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home
