❦ Early Life: Roy was born January 25, 1932, in Provo, Utah, a son of Franklin McKinley Brickey and Arvelda Hutchings Brickey.
❦ Life's Work | Service | Interests: On March 27, 1951, Roy married Beth Ann Carter in Provo, Utah. In 1985, he retired from Geneva Steel. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His hobbies included: fishing, hunting, camping, gardening and yard care. He was very caring and loved everyone; but most of all his family. Gilbert LeRoy "Roy" Brickey, of Orem, Utah, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013. He was 81.
❦ Survived By: Shellie (Dale) Pierce, of Grangeville, Idaho; DeeAnn College, of Orem; William LeRoy Bill (Janet) Brickey, of American Fork; Marci Franklin, of Provo; Malinda (Tomas) Hernandez, of Magna; Matthew Mack (Cathy) Brickey, of Payson; 23 grandkids and 40 great grandkids.
❦ Preceded In Death By: His wife, parents, four brothers and three sisters.
