Earby Aubrey Wright, a believer in Christ Jesus, went to be with his Lord and Savior November 8, 2013 in Denton, Texas. Born July 7, 1917 in Dallas, Texas, Earby devoted himself to a life of service. After serving in World War II and participating in the Normandy invasion, he returned to work at the International Harvester Company from which he retired. During his post-war years, he became very involved in the community of Freemasonry and for his work was awarded highest honor of thirty-third degree. He and his beloved wife, Jane, established and developed the successful Spring Crest Drapery franchise in Tyler, Texas and they were both active and serving members in Marvin Methodist Church there. Earby was preceded in death by his wife Jane Wright and granddaughter DeAnna Wright. He is survived by his son Michael Wright of Denton, Texas, daughter Teresa Beckham of Farmers Branch, Texas, 19 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, five nephews and a niece. Funeral service will be held at 12:00pm, Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Sparkman/Hillcrest Northwest Highway Chapel with interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
