Helen graduated from Corpus Christi High School in 1930 and attended Carroll College in San Antonio, Texas. She was an early member of South Bluff Methodist Church joining in 1925. She married Joe Burnace Harris in 1932 and had 2 sons; Joe F., and John B. Harris.
Helen enjoyed snow, traveling, jetting on the Concord to Europe with her niece, traveling around the world with her sister, vacations to Canada and snow country with her son John and his wife Lynn, and trying new restaurants.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents, J.F. and Deanie Bonham; husband, Joe B. Harris; sisters, Lois Dewveall and Edith Terry; son, Joe F. Harris; grandson, John B. Harris, II.
Her journey through life was long and enjoyable. She is now resting with her loved ones and will leave a hole in the hearts and lives of those left behind.
Interment to follow service at Seaside Memorial Park.
