WYATT EVERS ADAMS, 90, of Barboursville, has gone home to be with his Heavenly Father and is having a party with his family and friends that have gone on before him. He was born November 24, 1914, in Cabell County, West Virginia, a son of the late Homer and Myrtle Wentz Adams. He was also preceded in death by one brother, James Adams and one sister, Emily Chapman. He was retired from INCO after 41 years of service and was member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a member of Elmwood Baptist Church, a member of Minerva Lodge #13 AF&AM, whose members will conduct Masonic graveside rites and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He leaves behind his wife of 70 years, Evelyn Allen Adams; three sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Sandee Adams, David and Darlene Adams, all of Barboursville and Franklin and Bobbie Adams of Sibley, La.; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005, at the Elmwood Baptist Church by Pastor Rick Glass and Pastor Bob Browning. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park. Wallace Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
