Born January 21, 1933 in Tifton, Mrs. Watson was the daughter of the late Charlie Jones Apperson and Lucretia Hobby Apperson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Cleveland Watson; one son, Stephen Michael Watson; a daughter-in-law, Anita Garcia Watson; three brothers; and five sisters. She was a homemaker and spent her life taking care of her family and others.
Mrs. Watson is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robertn of Waynesville and the Rev. Brian of Bogart; Darrell, whom she loved like a son, and his wife, Sherri of Tifton; and one granddaughter, Kalamof Bogart, who was the apple of her eye.
