Funeral services for Mr.
Beverly Pool Sr., 76, of Harrison,
were held today at 3 p.m.
at Beulah Baptist Church in
Johnson County with burial in
the Westview Cemetery in
Wrightsville.
Mr. Pool was born in Johnson
County, the son of the late
Harvey Pool and the late Carrie
Frost Pool. He attended the
University of Georgia and was
a retired foreman at Thiele
Kaolin Co. as well as a life
long farmer. Mr. Pool was a
member of the Beulah Baptist
Church where he served as a
church deacon and the former
church song leader. He died
Friday. Donations may be made to
the American Heart Association,
