Stoff, Melvin J., entered in to rest, Thursday, October 31, 2013. Beloved husband and partner for 60 years of Helen L. Stoff (nee Roberts). Dear father of Rick and Mark Stoff, and his best buddy of 16 years, Bogart. Loving brother of Catherine Straussner, Charles, Gene, Paul, Marilyn Leistner, James, Frank, Richard and the late John Henry. Dear son of the late John Albert and Helena Ann Stoff. Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. Cousin and friend to many. Mel served in the United States Army during the Korean War, and he was a 60 year member of the American Legion. He was a very proud member of IBEW Local 1 for 40 years. Mel was a dear and loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many. He will be sorely missed by family and friends. Services: Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Monday, 11:30 a.m. Interment Bethel Cemetery in Pond, MO. In lieu of flowers, say a prayer or light a candle. Visitation Sunday 4-8 p.m.
