LEXINGTON, SC - Memorial service for Oliver Bennett Braddy of 103 Huntsman Lane, Lexington, will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Lake Murray Baptist Church, 1001 Highway 378, Lexington. Mr. Braddy was born Februay 14, 1934, in Vidalia, Ga., to the late Mr. Otis Braddy and Mrs. Estelle Humphrey, formerly of Vidalia. He departed this earthly life October 29, 2013, in Lexington Medical Center. Mr. Braddy was the founder of Four Season Fashions ladies clothing apparel and retired from Oxford Industries. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mrs. Wailing Moxley and Mrs. Earldeen Hughes, also formerly of Vidalia. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Joyce Braddy; children, Byron Braddy (Brenda), Sharon Casteen (Jamey), Gary Braddy (Shontell), Georgia Edmundson; step-grandchildren, Greg Kirby (Beth) and Jeff Kirby (Renee); 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Braddy was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and attended many of the games until recent declining health. He loved working in his yard on beautiful Lake Murray.
