Will of Isaac T. Blanch
In the matter of proving the Last Will and Testament of Isaac T Blanch late of Orangetown Deceased. Whereas application was made by Thomas J Blanch, one of the Executors named in said Will, by petition verified by his oath stating the death residence of the said deceased, in Order to have Will proved before the said Surrogate, whereupon it was Ordered by the said, Surrogate, that a Citation Issue to the Widow and next of kin to be and appear before the said at the Late residence of the said Deceased in the town of Orange, Rockland County, on the third day of July next at two o'clock in the afternoon, to attend to the probate of said Will.
On the day of the return of the Citation, to set on the 3rd day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirty four, said citation was returned, personally served and sworn to where said Citation and affidavit is as follows,

To Sarah Blanch, Abraham L Blanch, Henry Blanch, James Requa and Margaret his wife, John Doremus and Sally Effy his wife, and Ann Eliza Blanch, next of kin of Isaac T Blanch deceased.
Greeting. You are hereby cited to be and appear before John Van Houten, Surrogate of the County of Rockland, at the late residence of Isaac T. Blanch, Deceased, in the Town of Orange, on the third day of July next at two o'clock in the afternoon of the same day to attend to the probate of the Last Will and Testament of Isaac T. Blanch late of Orangetown deceased on the application of Thomas J Blanch one of the executors named in said Will.
In Witness, whereof, the Surrogate of the said County has hereunto affixed his seal of Office, the third day of June One Thousand eight Hundred and thirty four.
